8mm 1000ton bright copper rod upward continuous casting machine
The upward continuous casting (Upcast Upcasting)system is a new technology of producing oxygen-free copper rod, having high electric conductivity and low oxygen content, which is the perfect material for electric cable and wire, as well as other electronic and electric products.
1. Precise process flow:
Cathode copper(clean scraps) →melting chamber→ holding chamber
Casting rod →coiling machine
2. Performance of copper rod (use copper cathode)
a) Density ~ 8.9 kg/dm3
b) Resistance in soft condition: ≤ 0.01724Ω. mm2/m
(tested after processing to3mm or 2.6mm)
c) Elongation percentage ≥37%
d) Tensile strength ≥170N/MM2
e) Oxygen content ≤ 10PPM
